My First poem ...after 8 years...

Where are all these tears going,
Uncontrollable, as they run down my cheeks.

Where are all those days when you were around?
The warmt of your words that knew no bounds.

Your big brown eyes I still so often see.
But now you're gone and all that's left is me.

I stand with my arms wide open.
Just with the hope that the winds would bring you back to me.

But again the silence fills around my place. What's all this anguish about?
Can't you replace it with those sweet words you once told me, when we first met each other?

I shout your name in the dark even though they wont reach you.
what can i do over here without you? I'm alone. Come back for me dear.

When you could read those untold words from my heart,
When you could see the everlasting love hidden in my eyes?

Why cant you understand my pain even though i tell you -
Come back oh dear! . . . I'm alone . . . Come back.
